Join Muneki Matsumoto of Keigetsu and our award-winning Director of Wine Jan Konetzki for an intimate sake dinner at the Mei Ume private dining room on Thursday February 21st at 7pm.
Guests are taken on a culinary journey, where 7 Keigetsu sakes are carefully paired with Mei Ume’s Chinese and Japanese dishes.
The evening will start with Keigetsu John Sparkling Sake, the winner of IWC sparkling sake Trophy 2016, followed by sakes made for friendship, exclusively chosen to complement the Mei Ume menu. Keigetsu by Tosa brewing Company is a 6th generation sake brewery with 141 years of history from Japan’s Kochi prefecture, showcasing handmade, small batch sake using high-quality organically grown rice and soft water in from the region.
